Today members of the NTPF met with WA Police and MedicAlert to launch Safe and Found
Safe and Found supports people living with dementia, autism, or a cognitive impairment who might be at risk of becoming lost or reported missing. With Safe and Found police are able to act immediately and have all the critical information necessary for undertaking search operations, allowing loved ones to be found
